Shipping & Returns

Orders

All orders placed are binding. In case of difficulties to deliver the ordered merchandise, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser.


Pricing

All prices listed excluding VAT.  No surcharge for credit cards. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duty and taxes required in their country.  Currency can be selected in the box "Currencies" on the main page. Foreign currencies are based on the CHF value, using current exchange rates and are meant as a guidline for the customer to estimate the value in the currency he/she is familiar with. By payment with credit card og PayPal, their exchange rates apply for payment.

In case of price errors, we reserve the right to correct this, whereby you would be informed by e-mail.
 

Shipping

We deliver by Swiss Post. Postage is charged prior to shipment (credit card or PayPal). Shipping fees are calculated by weight and shipping class. The exact shipping cost is indicated and added before completing the order.

Delivery time:
Switzerland: Economy up to 1 week, Priority approx 4 workdays
Europe:  Economy 8-15 workdays, Priority approx 1 week
Overseas: Economy 10-20 workdays, up to 10 days

If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons.


Return policy

Returns for any goods permitted within 10 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if all conditions a, b, c & d (see below) are met.

a) All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.) blank unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. we will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition.

b) All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.

c) All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. No returns will be accepted if any of these packed accessories are missing.

d) With your return, enclose this original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned and state your request for either a refund or an exchange.

Shipping charges are not refundable (unless of course we shipped the wrong product).


Damaged merchandise upon receipt

Damaged merchandise must be reported to the post office of the customers country upon receipt of the merchandise. The post office provides a form for such matters. The customer needs to fax the filled out form to Weber's World +41 41 852 00 09. Weber's World will then send you the merchandise again. No further shipping costs will be charged.


Warranties

Your receipt is good for all manufacturer's warranties.

Your receipt will be neccesary for any future warranty or insurance claims you may need to make. Please keep it in a safe place. We cannot issue duplicate receipts.

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
